Kathy Adams Furniture and Design in Plano has signed an exclusive local deal with the Althorp Collection by Theodore Alexander, a line of furnishings based on antiques from the late Princess Diana's sprawling family home, Althorp.
From the Safekeeping ($1,195), a leather and brass mounted box, to the Guest Library chair ($2,722), the items are regal and traditional, yet functional too. Intrigued? The store is, ahem, crowning its achievement with a Downton Abbey-esque celebration of all things British on January 25, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Among the highlights will be High tea and a fashion show.
