Ken Downing, SVP at Neiman Marcus and Christmas-gift arbiter, just finished promoting his top holiday picks. Now, he's pulling double duty after the resignation of Matthew Singer, Neiman's men's fashion director. Downing will oversee the department until a successor is chosen. [WWD]
