Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
We're hearing very tentative information that one Mr. Michael Kors (or is it KORS?) is headed to Fort Worth. (Judging from the bazillion gold-plated MK doodads hanging from purses around town, no doubt you're thrilled.)
And while the old Barnes & Noble space at University Park Village couldn't stay vacant forever—it's rumored that it will be split up into at least three tenants—this news leaves us nonplussed. We can think of numerous other retailers we'd like to see here more. (Pssst, Sephora, come on! We're real friendly-like in Cowtown.)
A PR rep for the company semi-confirmed the news by saying: "I will be in touch with more information when it becomes available, which will be closer to the opening date."
