J.C. Penney In Sad State, So Says (Unreliable?) Ex-Employee

According to one ex-employee, Plano-based J.C. Penney is in worse shape than we previously thought—literally. As seen posted on The Huffington Post yesterday, the department store's locations across the country seem to be in perpetual states of disarray—or so claims the unnamed former employee, who shot the incriminating evidence (really, just a bunch of blurry photos), which includes messy cash wraps, merchandise strewn across the floor and one store's sorry inventory of Levis.
