Today's pick comes from Racked Chicago editor Jenny Berg.

If a paragon of health is offering advice, I'm all ears. So, yes, I subscribe to Goop, and, yes, my brand-new copy of Giada's Feel Good Food is already dog-eared and doused with oil stains (of the safflower family, of course.)

This new cookbook from Giada De Laurentiis ($36) makes me very, very excited about cooking, and exponentially more excited to eat. The healthy recipes are as surprising as they are delicious—strawberry-basil omelets? Who knew?—and are pretty easy to make. But it's Giada's lifestyle tips that really round out the package. From olive-oil face masks to Korean spa treatments, the chef lays out what gives her that twinkling je ne sais quoi. Heck, I'll have what she's having.
