You know eyebrow threading, right? The ancient practice of removing hair via plucking it with a thin string? Well, there's an interesting case being brought in front of the Texas Supreme Court today that has implications for the industry.
According to The Texas Tribune, a Houston entrepreneur, five threaders and two threading business owners are embroiled in a lawsuit claiming that state regulations have hurt their ability to do business in Texas. While they have lost before two lower courts, a favorable ruling could change the, er, face of the industry on a statewide level.
