A new mixed-use property in southwest Fort Worth was approved for zoning yesterday by the FW City Council. The proposed Waterside development will be located at Bryant Irvin Road and Arborlawn Drive, and is set to feature "vibrant shopping, leisure, office and residential" components. [Racked Wire]
