With a new build-out going on in the former Barnes & Noble location at University Park Village, rumors have been flying for months now on potential new tenants there—perhaps as many as four.
You'll remember we reported that Michael by Michael KORS is coming in, most likely in the former Starbucks location, which will be moving into the old Menchie's spot (you're following, right?). Now, comes word that Sephora is on the verge of signing a lease at the shopping center.
While a PR rep for the company declined to comment, our well-connected source says the makeup and beauty mini-empire—whose closest store is at Northeast Mall in Hurst—will debut at the center this fall.
