Also: J.McLaughlin, the 35-year-old Brooklyn-based preppy clothing and accessories retailer, is moving on in to University Park Village. According to a report today in the Star-Telegram, UPV property manager Susan Holland confirms the retailer will open a 1,200-square-foot store in the complex. Currently, the store has one other area location—in the Plaza at Preston Center.
Interior construction will start next week in the space between Lemongrass Salon and Ann Taylor—which means that J.McLaughlin will open in the Nine West spot (quite nicely).
In other (less interesting news?), the article reports that White House Black Market is interested in a location in Sundance Square.
