Looking for a way to perk up your boring exercise routine on Saturdays? Head to the Trinity River in Fort Worth this spring and look for The Trailhead. The new Clearfork-area entity coordinates complimentary group exercise classes, and features a children's play area too.
This Saturday, six different classes are on the schedule, from a group bike ride (50-70 minutes) at 7:30 am to an 8 am bootcamp and a 10 am yoga class. New moms can take advantage of Stroller Strides at 9 am, and there are even Cross fit and Zumba classes later in the morning. And—possibly the best part—food trucks are stationed there to help you refuel post-class.
