Gaia, the company whose creations are handmade with care by women in need in the Dallas area, is known for using vintage, repurposed and/or sustainable materials. Since starting just a few years ago, the colorful line with Liberty-esque prints has had an eye-catching run, too, popping up in well known stores such as Five & Ten and You Are Here. What better time this spring, then, to sport one of the line's newest clutches ($96)? I'm partial to the Black Ikat version, made of repurposed fabric with a cute suede tassel. Approximately 10 by 10 inches, the fold-over clutch is versatile with a palette that's both a nod to spring, yet also still has enough black as to make me feel supremely confident carrying it to a spring soiree (or seven).
