Sylvan Thirty, the $50 million mixed-use development in West Dallas, launched its first retail component today: Cox Farms Market. The Duncanville-based family-owned grocery, which has been in business for 23 years, has opened an 8,000-square-foot space in the complex, and it is selling everything from organic and whole foods to body care products. Naturally, with all of this surplus of health comes two exercise-oriented businesses: Sync Yoga and CrossFit Deep are both slated to open in the next few months.
