Sometime socialite Nicky Hilton was among a small group of friends and media that gathered last week in New York to celebrate the launch of Dallas-based Bag Snob Tina Craig's debut handbag line, Snob Essentials. Slated to be unveiled Thursday night at 8 pm on HSN, the collection is a "result of nine years spent reviewing bags, not to mention a lifetime obsessing over them," says Craig on her website. "Kelly [partner Cook] and I have applied our acquired knowledge and innate passion to make a collection we know you will love."
Based on the duo's Five Essentials concept, the faux-leather bags with custom gold/silver plated hardware range in price from $68-$128, and are a far cry from the merchandise usually featured on the duo's site. Craig and Cook are scheduled to appear on HSN to sell the bags.
