Dallas is the test market for a new initiative to bring, um, staples to Staples. The Framingham, Mass.-based store has chosen our area to be the first to start selling office-tangential items such as scrubs, Keurig coffeemakers and (perhaps not so much work-oriented) Melissa & Doug kids toys. Dallas stores will make the transition starting tomorrow, and Staples stores nationwide will offer the items by next month.
