Speedflex is launching its first standalone studio stateside, and the fitness company is doing it in Dallas at Preston Center. The high-intensity, low-impact brand is "not a gym but a unique, state-of-the-art facility where members have the opportunity to utilize the innovative Speedflex Training System," which sounds very similar to a customizable resistance workout.
