More retail is headed for Uptown at a long-awaited development that will break ground next month. A $225 million Uptown tower, designed by architect Cesar Pelli and developed by Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC, will begin construction June 19 at McKinney and Olive streets. The 20-story, 530,000-square-foot office and retail tower is expected to be completed by summer 2016.
