Dallas-based baby-clothing company Smocked Auctions—founded by Amy Laws and Nicole Brewer in 2010—has closed a deal to design and distribute the first licensed clothing line for Southern Living magazine. As a team, the two brands will debut six collections of Southern-inspired apparel for children between the ages of three months and six years old. The first collection, The Monogram Collection, includes dresses and short sets for boys and girls. Each item will have a one-initial monogram in one of Southern Living's trademarked fonts. Five additional collections will be released in the near future.
