A group called Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, which advocates the sensible use of guns, hosted a "Stroller Jam" outside of Target's shareholders' meeting yesterday at Ferris Plaza Park in downtown, according to Unfair Park. The women were protesting the company's Open Carry policy.
"Moms love Target. I love Target," said participant Stephanie Lundy to Unfair Park. "As a matter of fact when I got dressed this morning, I put on this skirt. I love this skirt. It's my Target skirt, as are many things in my wardrobe and in my pantry at my house. We want to be able to shop there, and we want to be able to shop there safely."
