Here's something to file under the News of the Weird, Weddings Week edition. A Dallas-area resident has placed third in the tenth annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest, sponsored, naturally, by Charmin. According to Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com, Amber Mills designed her gown in a popular Trumpet style. She spent three months creating the dress, and she used special-edition green and blue Charmin toilet paper which she found on eBay. Of course. [Racked Wire]
