Garden Ridge is no more. The home-decor chain, newly based in Plano, has changed its name to At Home in a rebranding effort. According to company execs, the new brand identity will "better reflect the company's mission to provide customers with more than 50,000 unique home-decor products for every room, every style, at everyday low prices."

Along with the new name and branding, the stores are being redesigned to enhance an independent shopping experience, making it easier for customers to find exactly what they need and make themselves feel, you guessed it, at home. The new stores will feature easy-to-read signage as well as merchandising vignettes.

The company currently has 71 stores across the country and aims to complete the transition by the end of the year.
