Houston, we may have some shoe problems. H-town socialite and rookie designer Joyce Echols is launching a footwear line later this year, full of interesting materials...intrinsic to the Texas landscape. Yes, we're talking about barbed wire and bullet casings, to name a couple. According to CultureMap Houston, Echols has long harbored the dream of becoming a shoe designer. The shoes won't officially debut until sometime next year, including one style that features a tiny, holstered pistol.
