An overeager crowd—fans of iconic makeup brand Estée Lauder or perhaps just Elizabeth Hurley—crammed into the ground-floor beauty department at Neiman Marcus NorthPark yesterday for the launch of the company's new in-store shop and to view the brand's compact museum.
Estée Lauder chairman emeritus Leonard Lauder and brand spokeswoman Hurley spoke briefly about the relationship between Neiman Marcus and Estée Lauder, and a new lipstick to mark the occasion—Neiman Marcus Red, which actually has a lot of pink in it—was unveiled.
