Wondering what the heck the world looks like through Google Glass? Or—even better—what you would look like in fashionable DVF | Made for Glass eyewear? The Highland Park Village boutique is one of only six locations nationwide that's demo-ing the fashion-technology mashup this weekend.
On Saturday and Sunday, from 1-5 pm, DVF will offer an informational session and fitting. Currently sold through Google and on Net-A-Porter, the glasses are available in five shades and retail for, gulp, $1,800. Or, you can pick up a pre-ordered "bundle" at the store this weekend for cool $1,700. To secure a spot at the event, email K.Matangos@dvf.com.
