Elizabeth Hurley to Help Estée Lauder Open Its New Dallas Shop

Neiman Marcus NorthPark will launch a new Estée Lauder in-store shop on June 18, with a little help from brand ambassador model/actress Elizabeth Hurley. The event celebrates the 64-year partnership between Estée Lauder and Neiman's, which began in 1950 with a personal appearance by the company's late founder at the department store's downtown flagship.

Chairman Emeritus Leonard Lauder will also be on hand at the opening, which will also showcase the Estée Lauder Compact Museum, a collection of over 50 solid perfume and pressed powder compacts from 1963 to the present. The first powder compact and the first perfume compact ever produced will be on view for that day only, while the rest of the museum will be on display from June 16 through June 22.

Other highlights include the preview of new limited-edition compacts and the launch of a special red lipstick produced specifically for the opening of the new shop.
