Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
NorthPark Center sure likes to nail down its tenants in advance: Three years from now (spring 2017!), you'll be interested to know that the Madewell-esque Ann Taylor spinoff Lou & Grey will debut at the mall.
In the interim, you have plenty of time to mull this over: Considered an evolution of the Loft lounge collection, Lou & Grey features a wide range of separates, from leggings and jeans to linen and wool tops. The line's first collection this spring was flush with stripes, neutrals and denim. All of which the company says is a "fusion of streetwear and loungewear."
Because perhaps by 2017, we'll all stop wearing exercise-wear, everywhere.
