Exercise and fitness have been a huge part of Erin Williams's life for as long as she can remember. When she lived in Denver, the Fort Worth native owned a nationally known ballet barre franchise where she trained everyone from Olympic skiers to professional mountain bikers to people brand-new to fitness.

A family illness prompted Williams, her husband and her three young daughters to return home to Fort Worth two years ago. And since then, she's been training a devoted following with ballet-barre workouts at Zenfit, the Forest Park-area studio she owns with partner Mandy Campbell Olin.

Pulling from her extensive background that includes certifications in yoga, group exercise and Pilates mat work, Erin has conceptualized a yoga-based class where clients use hand weights while also incorporating high-intensity cardio intervals.

"At the end of the day, I wanted a class that would check all the boxes for fitness—weight-training, cardio and flexibility—all in one hour to fit into busy schedules," she says.
