Forty Five Ten is getting a new address. The iconic Uptown boutique will move downtown next year, reports FD Luxe, to complement an already-burgeoning block of high-end retail that includes the flagship Neiman Marcus, Play by Comme des Garçons, Traffic LA and TenOverSix.
The new 45,000-square-foot store will be located across the street from the Joule Hotel in a three-story historic property. After spending time in the revitalized district during last year's successful Chanel event, owner Brian Bolke was inspired to make the move, which will coincide with his store's 15th anniversary.
